Secure Submission of Documents to OTR
In order for your benefits to be certified, please submit the following documents to the Office of the Registrar, via the upload portal below:
- Certificate of Eligibility
- Certificate of (Honorable) Release or Discharge from Active Duty (DD-214)*
- Military Transcript*
- Degree Plan
*Applies only to veterans and not to dependents/spouses
The upload mechanism used below has been approved by Rice IT Security for the transfer of confidential and sensitive information in accordance with Rice Policy 808 - Protection of Personally Identifiable Information.
